July 4th, 2018.

On the Fourth of July, 2018, Key Club participated in the community event with the Kiwanis. There was a great amount of work put into the planning of the this event. We sold drinks, sweets, did a cake walk and a tamale eating contest. This will be forever in our memories and we are grateful for it!

The building of Tio Coco and Zozobra

During the summer of 2018, Key Club was invited to help build the non-traditional uncle Tio Coco for the National Governors Association and was then further invited to actually help and be present during the event, this was a once in a lifetime experience and sure is something none of us will ever forget. We also had a heavy job because there was the city's traditional Zozobra and raised money by selling drinks during the burning of Zozobra.
